Found these folks in a search, made an appointment for the next day to have my snows swapped. A task not so easy in mid November, but they fit me in, did exemplary work, were clean, pleasant and friendly. The bill was very reasonable and the wait short. Very impressed, although I live 50 miles away Sullivan's, it is my new shop! Kudos to the receptionist, she pleasant and competent! Excellent local biz, go here with confidence.

Great experience! You won't find a better shop around. Sullivan Auto Clinic provided outstanding service while fixing my vehicles fuel problem quickly and professionally. Brenna exceeded my expectations and was extremely helpful in working with my third party warranty company. Matt and his crew do a great job and are very easy to talk to about the issue you are having and finding the best solution. This was my second visit to Sullivan's and I have been very pleased with what they have done for me. I most recently needed a fuel pump replaced in my Ford F-150 which is no easy task. Matt and the guys got in done fast and efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. I was blown away by this shops team and the overall service and experience they provide. I won't be going anywhere else for auto repair.

My New Bride and I were on our honeymoon and our water pump gave out. I called around several places to have this repaired and the prices I was getting were very expensive and then I found Brenna and Sullivan Auto Clinic. Brenna was so awesome in helping us out. I explained to her our situation and she went above and beyond anything that I had expected. Not only did I get a very fair price on the repair but the best customer service you could ever ask for. Whether its an electronic or computer problem or what ever the diagnosis is, you have always been able to fix it. We have used Sullivan's for 5 years for all our vehicle needs. Recently, on a Saturday, I had a "Truck Emergency." I called Matt & Karen and left a message for "HELP"!!!!! Matt returned my call promptly and advised to have the truck towed to the shop and he would fix it. True to his word he replaced the starter, deemed it to be still under warranty and sent me on my way, NO CHARGE. Matt you are the best!!

Can't do better than Sullivan Auto! Before knowing Matt & Karen, we've had work done at other auto repair shops, and never got the quality of service that Sullivan Auto provides. I particularly like that Matt tells you what needs done now and what can wait. Great service all around- quick and on top of things to get your car back to you as soon as possible! I am new to the traverse city area and recently replaced my motor myself. After replacing it a very loud annyoning developed. I checked and rechecked everything and could not pin point the noise. I asked a couple different automotive repair shops about and they shied away from trying to locate the noise as noises can be very hard to locate. My service manager at work recommended sullivans to me, so I called them and the gladly accepted the challenge and offered to drive my wife and two boys home and pick them up when they were finished. Within an hour or so I recieved a call with their diagnosis. It was something had thought of and already ruled out, but I thus far failed to solve the problem, so I said go for it. Within the timeframe they said it would take for the repair they called me back picked us up again at our house as promissed and their diagnosis was right on the first time and the repair was even less than I was quoted. It's been a couple weeks now and ! the problem has not resurfaced, and that's why I'm writing this. The automotive industry is the least trust industry there is and I hope my review will easy anyone's anxiety about choosing Sullivan's as their service/ repair company.
